TRI-CITY DAY.

                              October 26, 1898.

       Davenport, Rock Island and Moline united to make this one of the  
special days in the history of the Exposition, and the several trainloads   of
delegates from these cities, though somewhat belated, spent a most   enjoyable
day on the grounds.  The exercises were held in the Auditorium   at 11 o'clock
A.M., and the program was as follows:
